Recently, we designed and delivered a complete internal transport system. The line consists of a combination of modular belt conveyors, roller conveyors, a chain conveyor, and a frame for a Delta Robot, allowing products to be guided through the process in a controlled and efficient manner.
The installation includes, among other things:
- Various modular belt conveyors
- Powered roller conveyor with 24V roll motors
- A chain conveyor with pusher levers for product transfer
- Gravity roller conveyor
- Various stainless steel chutes
- Frame for Delta Robot

The installation is built with adjustable transport heights and multiple side guides, fully tailored to the customerโs requirements. The frame is powder-coated in RAL 7011, providing a sleek and durable industrial finish.
